Each medallion features a unique QR code that links to your loved one’s digital profile. This profile allows you to share memories, tributes and more. You’ll set it up after receiving your medallion by scanning it with any smartphone camera.

Can the medallion be attached to any surface?

Yes, the Forever Story Medallion can be attached to a variety of surfaces. It comes with a pre-applied adhesive pad designed for strong and durable adherence. Whether you're attaching it to a gravestone, a memorial plaque, or another meaningful location, the adhesive ensures that the medallion remains securely in place.

 

For optimal durability, we recommend attaching it to flat, clean surfaces where it can adhere fully.

What can I put on my loved one's profile?

You can include their name, dates of birth and passing, a profile photo, a banner image, a biography, unlimited embedded videos, and up to 30 additional photos. Friends, family, and visitors can leave tribute comments, creating a lasting digital memorial.

How much does it cost?

Our medallion is currently free! We only charge a small fee for first class delivery & handling to cover our costs. Once you’ve added your loved one’s details, their memorial profile will be live. To unlock all the features for fully personalising the memorial, it’s just £4.99/month or a one-time payment of £99 for lifetime access.

What is your Lifetime Warranty?

Our Lifetime Warranty ensures that your Forever Story Medallion is protected against defects, weathering and fading for the entirety of its lifespan.

 

In the unlikely event that your medallion exhibits any defects, we will replace it at no extra cost.

How many medallions are in each box?

Each order contains two identical 2" x 2" inch medallions. These medallions display the exact same QR code, meaning you can place them in two separate places to link to the same profile (or keep one as a spare!). Each order supports 1 individual profile.
